The research focuses on gender technologies. The objective is to resume the theoretical assumptions structured by Teresa de Lauretis in order to analyze their impact on gender markers in Brazilian juridical research. The question is: what are the thematic approaches carried out by Brazilian research in Law that have gender technologies as their object? Through the State of Knowledge methodology, we carried out quantitative and qualitative research from the databases of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), and Qualis A journals (Capes). In the research, we selected twenty-seven studies. These juridical works emphasize gender biomedical and legal technologies, focused on parenting and assisted reproduction, and other works emphasized media end cultural processes of socialization.Downloads
