Abstract

In this text, we propose a dialogue between “body” and “law”, which is divided into two parts, which are initially distant, but in the end talk to each other. Thus, this study starts with the approximation between “body” and “law” to think about and propose other ways of reading and writing about the juridical from other places. This dialogue, based on a writing of the body, explores the following possibilities: law between power and potency, law as a “becoming-act”, literary law, and law and writing. In the end, we propose law as a living matter, as a body, which affects and is affected.
