Resumen

The process of production of silage from fish waste may represent an important source of protein and energy for broilers, and rationally allocate this residue which is normally discarded erroneously. This work aimed to evaluate weight gain and morphometric parameters of broilers fed with feed made from fish viscera silage. For the composition of the experimental diet was counted with: 65.61 % of the silage fish waste, 30.39 % soybean meal, 2.20 % of calcined bone meal , 1.40 % soda and 0 , 30% vitamin mineral premix , in order to provide levels mixture of 19.2 % CP 0.898 % Ca, 0.528% P disp. and 3874 kcal kg- 1 of EB. However, during the experimental period the broilers they had died. In another experiment involving non-nutrient additives, but using the same source of silage, had same result. It is suspected that the level of conservation of raw material can be related to the case on the basis of having the potential to produce biogenic amines.
