Evaluation of country properties after implantation of assistance program technique

Abstract

This research was conducted in Quixeramobim-CE designed to evaluate the performance of a technical attendance program to dairy farms. Was interviewed about 50% of the producers attended by INFOLEITE, using semi-structured questionnaire, with subject asks to which the interviewees could answer subjectively (knowing opinions, viewpoint and arguments). It can be noticed that the same ones were shown receptive and aware of the improvements reached starting from the technical performance. However, most demonstrate certain degree of dependence of the public power, especially what refers the remuneration of the received technical attendance. Everybody answered positively to the progresses of technical, physics and social, obtained after the implantation of the project and they told as larger impediment the faulty attendance and without qualification; 75% answered to be indispensable association with the town hall and 25% that the town hall should just be partner.
