Master and Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Researcher at the Institute of Legal Research (UCILER, Portugal). Member of the Research Group "Business, Consumption and Law" (University of Coruña, Spain). Leader of the Research Group "Law, Economics and Markets" (DIREM / UFERSA). Deputy Editor of UFERSA´S Law Review. Former Visiting Researcher at University of Montreal (UdeM, Canada).
