uma análise sobre o público LGBTQIA+ em Teresina/PI

This research aims to identify aspects of leisure and tourism consumption by the LGBTQIA+ public in Teresina Pi. Where it brings in its relevance to understand the consumer perspective, its economic aspects and social dynamics LGBTQIA+. Starting from this scenario where it exposes two aspects about the profile of the LGBTQIA+ community, where one side is understood leisure as an action strictly linked to entertainment and market profit. And on the other hand, it seeks social inclusion as a form of culture and creation of cultural identity (Moreira and Campos, 2019). This research is characterized as exploratory, descriptive, of a qualitative nature by a content analysis by (Bardin, 2011). Having as an instrument a structured interview aimed at three subjects who call themselves from the LGBTQIA+ community, which together with it was possible to confront them with the literature, the study was guided by categories of research considered from the previous analysis of studies already carried out on this line of study. In the results obtained, it was possible to offer Leisure and Tourism in Teresina, in the perception of the results obtained, it is necessary to advance a little more in the diversification of this offer and consolidation of cultural identity, combating disrespect and prejudice. The fact is that actions that move the LGBTQIA+ community require articulations between the public authorities and the private sector so that both complement each other, to meet historical, social, political, cultural and economic demands profiles that have been building around the LGBTQIA+ public.
